A Workspace is the top-level container in CreativeQA. It’s where your teams, projects, QA settings, integrations, and activity live so everyone works from the same source of truth.

What you can do in a Workspace

  • Organize work by team and project (e.g., US Team, News – Publisher).

  • Run and track QA campaigns and see results in one place.

  • Manage teammates and keep collaboration structured.

  • Configure QA rules and defaults once, and apply them consistently.

  • Connect integrations (e.g., where creatives come from / where notifications go).

Workspace navigation (left sidebar)

Your Workspace menu is split into a few key areas:

General

  • Workspace: Main landing area for monitoring QA activity (QA Dashboard).

Workspace

  • Team Management: Create and manage teams, members, and access.

  • QA Configuration: Define QA checks (format/size/duration/audio/etc.), required rules, and defaults.

  • Integrations: Connect external tools (e.g., Slack, storage, ad servers depending on what you enable).

Activity

  • Comments & Notifications: Follow conversations, review mentions, and track updates.

Projects

  • A list of your projects (e.g., US Team, News – Publisher).

  • Add Project to create a new space for campaigns and creatives.

QA Dashboard (main Workspace view)

This dashboard gives you a quick pulse on what’s happening right now.

1) Top metrics cards

A high-level snapshot of QA status across the Workspace:

  • Total Campaigns: How many QA campaigns exist in the Workspace.

  • Warnings: Campaigns/creatives that passed some checks but need attention.

  • Passed: Clean QA results.

  • Failed: Creatives that didn’t meet required checks.

2) Recent QA Results

A feed of the latest processed creatives and their outcomes.
Each item typically shows:

  • Creative / campaign name (e.g., 30 Sec Creative, December Grinch Video).

  • File details (filename + type like VAST / video / image).

  • Status badge: Passed, Warning, or Failed.

  • Check chips (examples visible in your UI): Format, Size, Audio, Duration

    • Green usually indicates OK, yellow = warning, red = fail (based on your QA rules).

  • Actions:

    • View Details to see what failed and why.

    • Open Campaign to jump into the campaign context and fix/replace assets.

3) Quick Actions (right panel)

Fast shortcuts to common tasks:

  • New QA Campaign

  • Upload Creative

  • Invite Team Member

  • Create New Team

  • Workspace Settings

4) QA Summary (right panel)

A small KPI block showing:

  • Total Tests Run

  • Pass Rate

  • Avg. Processing Time

  • Recent Activity (e.g., processed this week)

  • Active Team (the team currently in focus)

Typical workflow inside a Workspace

  1. Create / choose a Project

  2. Start a New QA Campaign

  3. Upload creatives (VAST, video, images, etc.)

  4. Review Recent QA Results

  5. Open View Details → fix issues → re-upload / re-test

How does the demo work?

When you book a demo, our team walks you through the platform showing how CreativeQA automates creative validation, collaboration, and campaign QA. After the demo, we’ll set up a tailored plan if you’d like to start using the platform.

Can I invite my team or partners during the demo?

Absolutely. We encourage agencies, publishers, and advertisers to join the same session so everyone can see how collaboration and approvals work in real time.

Can I automate spec validation for custom ad formats?

Absolutely. You can define your own custom specs for formats like skins, interstitials, or native ads. CreativeQA automatically checks creative dimensions, tracking pixels, clickTags, and code compliance against your custom rules.

Does CreativeQA support video and VAST tags?

Yes. CreativeQA supports VAST, VMAP, and VPAID tags. The system validates wrappers, tracking events, and companion creatives to ensure smooth ad delivery across CTV, OTT, and web environments.

How does CreativeQA detect errors or broken tags?

Our platform runs automated QA checks for missing macros, invalid trackers, policy violations, and rendering errors. You’ll receive instant alerts and validation reports so issues can be fixed before campaigns go live.

Can CreativeQA handle large creative volumes?

Yes. The platform is optimized for high-volume AdOps workflows, allowing you to process and validate hundreds of creatives at once. Perfect for enterprise publishers or global campaigns.
