A Workspace is the top-level container in CreativeQA. It’s where your teams, projects, QA settings, integrations, and activity live so everyone works from the same source of truth.
What you can do in a Workspace
Organize work by team and project (e.g., US Team, News – Publisher).
Run and track QA campaigns and see results in one place.
Manage teammates and keep collaboration structured.
Configure QA rules and defaults once, and apply them consistently.
Connect integrations (e.g., where creatives come from / where notifications go).
Workspace navigation (left sidebar)
Your Workspace menu is split into a few key areas:
General
Workspace: Main landing area for monitoring QA activity (QA Dashboard).
Workspace
Team Management: Create and manage teams, members, and access.
QA Configuration: Define QA checks (format/size/duration/audio/etc.), required rules, and defaults.
Integrations: Connect external tools (e.g., Slack, storage, ad servers depending on what you enable).
Activity
Comments & Notifications: Follow conversations, review mentions, and track updates.
Projects
A list of your projects (e.g., US Team, News – Publisher).
Add Project to create a new space for campaigns and creatives.
QA Dashboard (main Workspace view)
This dashboard gives you a quick pulse on what’s happening right now.
1) Top metrics cards
A high-level snapshot of QA status across the Workspace:
Total Campaigns: How many QA campaigns exist in the Workspace.
Warnings: Campaigns/creatives that passed some checks but need attention.
Passed: Clean QA results.
Failed: Creatives that didn’t meet required checks.
2) Recent QA Results
A feed of the latest processed creatives and their outcomes.
Each item typically shows:
Creative / campaign name (e.g., 30 Sec Creative, December Grinch Video).
File details (filename + type like VAST / video / image).
Status badge: Passed, Warning, or Failed.
Check chips (examples visible in your UI): Format, Size, Audio, Duration
Green usually indicates OK, yellow = warning, red = fail (based on your QA rules).
